Boil your beef for about 2 hours or until tender. If using a pressure cooker then use the beef option on the menu

Whilst your beef is boiling, cut your potatoes, carrots, onions and grate your tomatoes.

When your meat is ready, fry your onions until golden brown

Add your tomatoes and soup powder, if you don't have Royco you can always your knor or rajah. Let your soup to simmer for 5 minutes.

Add your chopped potatoes and carrots. Cover your pot and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Add you chopped beef to the soup. Cover it for 15 to 20 minutes. To avoid sticking at the bottom, stir the stew here and there until ready to serve.
