    I normally just cook my beef in a pressure cooker using the beef option on the menu. Don't worry! You can still boil this in a pot for 30 minutes or until it's as tender as you prefer it.

    Whisk your egg and in a soup plate or bowl. Spread the bread crumbs out on a flat surface, plate or even a chopping board. Sprinkle any spices you would like to add, I didn't add any because my breadcrumbs are flavored. Mix all the crumb ingredients together until well combined. Dip each piece of beef into the egg mixture, then thoroughly coat with crumbs. Place the coated pieces onto a sheet of foil or plate.

    Heat your oil, you can use vegetable oil, olive oil or any oil you have. You can use a heavy skillet, pan even a pot until to pan-fry the beef slices until golden brown, about 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the second side. If you have a deep fat frier, just heat your oil and throw the pieces in until golden brown.

    Place your yummy looking pieces of meat on a chopping board and slice through uniformly. These will be ready for plating.
