    Chinese fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat

    Cook your rice the way you always make is and add a little bit of oil.

    Whilst cooking the rice, I normally mince my carrots but you can dice them if you are going to add peas so that the size variation isn't awkward. I normally don't add greens to my rice because my "regular customer" Emmanuel doesn't like it.

    When your rice is cooked. In a separate pot or pan, heat your oil and fry your beaten eggs. Scramble them then add carrots.

    Add your cooked rice, stir fry until properly incorporated then serve.
