    This is my second round making this coated chicken which I am also publishing but in actual fact, I have cooked it a thousand times which means I am now an expert on how to cook coated chicken drums.

    10 minutes

    Wash and rinse your drumsticks. Put them in a pot, add salt and chicken spice then boil them for ten minutes.

    Allow them to cool. Arrange your plates starting with flour, eggs then breadcrumbs. Your drumsticks go into the flour first then eggs and lastly the breadcrumbs.

    If using a deep fat drier, dry your drumsticks at 150° heat and if using a pan or pot fry them at medium-high. Fry until golden brown, serve and enjoy.
