4 Egg whites
2 Egg yorks
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Lemon juice
½ cup Powdered milk
⅓ cup Sugar
1 large-sized Orange

    Prepare your maringue by whipping egg whites with lemon juice and sugar added in small portions.

    Mix your dry ingredients then add your orange juice. I squeezed the orange juice from fresh oranges I had in the house.

    Add your maringue to the dough and gently fold until well incorporated.

    Transfer to your baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Do the tooth pick test to check if it well baked, if not put in bake into the oven for a few minutes.

    For plating purposes I used two tablespoons of drinking chocolate and a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Added 5 tablespoons of milk and used a random kitchen utensil to make shape the ganache by placing it in the "ganache" then on to the plate. I placed the cake on top and served with a slice of orange. You can use other flavors like vanilla.
