    6 out of 10 people probably know not more than 3 ways of making eggs and other exciting recipes you can make eggs with. This is another reason why i decided to explore how to make scoth eggs

    Boil your eggs whilst you spread out your sausage meat. If you don't have actual sausage meat, you can get it from regular sausages by squeezing it out.

    Peel your boiled eggs, place your flour, beaten 2 eggs and breadcrumbs in that order.

    Take your sausage meat, spread it on your palm then place one egg on it and wrap it making sure its completely covered

    For easier handling, first coat your wrapped eggs in flour.

    One by one dip your floured wrapped eggs in a well beaten egg then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all eggs are coated.

    Heat your oil gently put your eggs in and let them sit until golden brown. Then serve!
