    Potatoes aren’t meant for French fries only or potato salad but a whole lot of other awesome recipes you might not be familiar with until now. Here’s how to make Kartoffepuffer (Potato Pancakes).

    If your don't have a ready made packet of grated potatoes, you can grate your own potatoes like I did. It will take some time but it's worth it.

    Add onions, salt and your cooked ground beef (mince meat). It is also a good use of leftovers. Beat your egg together with baking powder and pour it into the potatoes. Add your flour and breadcrumbs and mix well.

    Heat your oil at medium-high heat in a pan. Scoop three or even four portions and gently place them in the pan. Turn over after 5 minutes and allow it to be firm. Once it is firm keep turning until golden brown. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
