Muffins with raisins

Add and mix your dry ingredients in a bowl then add the wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.

When smooth and well incorporated, add a handful of raisins or blueberries, chocolate. The beauty of this recipe is that it allows you to create a new flavor just by altering one or two ingredients at most. I added a tablespoon of vanilla essence together with the raisins.

Use a big spoon to evenly fill your lined muffin tray. If you will not line your tray then make sure it's properly oiled or spray non-stick, for easy handling when your muffins are done. If you are going for medium sized then fill the muffins halfway and repeat the process for your next tray using the remaining dough.

Put these in a preheated oven at 200° for 15 minutes then lower your heat to 180° for 25 minutes. Allow your muffins to cool before serving.
